We roast all our coffee locally, on-site in our café, to ensure the ultimate in freshness. This ensures that all our drinks, and the beans you take home, will taste as good as possible. Our new cafe is part of the Collecta Artisan Cooperative at Clearspring Centre. Come and try a coffee or latte, a refreshing iced beverage, or buy fresh-roasted beans to take home! Our Story
Hitch + Boler has been roasting coffee in Steinbach since 2018. We are passionate about great coffee, made with the freshest-roasted beans. We want to deliver a great coffee experience to our local community, whether it’s getting an expertly-made latte or cappuccino from our cafe, or taking home our beans to make the freshest-brewed coffee right in your own home.
We love to help people learn about coffee, how to use different brewing methods to make coffee in new ways at home, and serving the best coffee to your friends and family.
Most of all, we love being an active, vibrant part of our community, and supporting other local people and businesses that are passionate about what they do.
